Project Manger AVP
A Project Manager who is responsible for to lead a team of professionals in competing projects by a set deadline to uphold the business initiatives. The individual will be responsible for driving the day-to-day project activities to mee the overall project requirements and for reporting project status to stakeholders.

The team you will be joining is a part of Charles River Development (or CRD), that became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Together we have created the first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019.

What you will be responsible for
As Project Manager you will
• Work with different technology groups
• Plan, manage, and execute project plans for projects of varying size
• Manage and produce key deliverables for the organization
• Create long- and short-term project plans including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables and timelines are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed
• Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver identified results
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery
• Provide project status reporting to include accomplishments, upcoming milestones and overall completion status to ensure al milestones and deliverables are achieved within the communicated deadlines

Education & Preferred Qualifications
• 4+ years Project management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienced required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Passion to analyze, set priorities, and solve complex problems
• Ability to negotiate priorities with competing priorities
• Results-driven self-starter with the ability to multitask. Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment with a "can do" attitude and growth mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to manage competing demands and frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to convey plans, issues, and risks concisely and coherently.

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
